The event will discuss how EMODnet’s contribution of marine data and data products can support the advancement of marine knowledge and how EMODnet’s Data Ingestion service can support the delivery of data to the European and global marine data ecosystem.
Aimed at representatives of European Horizon Europe and EU Mission Ocean projects collecting marine data in situ, the webinar focuses on streamlining data submission processes, guiding participants in data and metadata collection, and optimising data flow in EMODnet.
This invitation-only interactive session provides guidance on how to fulfil contractual obligations and highlights the benefits of contributing data to EMODnet, with an impact on initiatives such as the EU’s digital twin of the ocean and with the support of global efforts such as the UN Decade of the Oceans.
