A new way of taking to the skies
Renovated spaces for ultimate comfort
ETT together with Milan architect Emanuela Tondo created the Genova Lounge at the Genoa Airport by fitting out the spaces.
It is a multimedia and designer waiting room that aims to ensure maximum comfort and the ability to stay connected at all times for those on the move.
The room is equipped with a state-of-the-art video system, which can be used to show both multimedia content and real-time updates of departing flights. Individual seats are equipped with power and USB sockets for recharging their electronic devices. Guests can use a dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi network, with no time limit, and tablets to surf the Internet.
Designed to meet every need
The Genova Lounge allows travelers to spend their waiting time in complete relaxation, work, or socialize thanks to the presence of comfortable workstations equipped with touch screen supports.
Dedicated to business class travellers and airline-enabled frequent flyer card holders, compared to the previous ‘vip lounge’, the lounge offers a doubled surface area (from 90 to around 200 square metres) and a modern, refined and cosy layout.
Two check-in desks with dedicated staff are located at the entrance to the Genova Lounge. Guests can enjoy individual seating, two relaxation areas, a lounge where they can make phone calls or talk in total privacy, and a catering area with snacks and drinks.
In addition to the Genova Lounge, the Sala Amica was also opened, an innovative space dedicated to welcoming and assisting passengers with disabilities, which can also be used, completely free of charge, by mothers with newborns, equipped with a video system, a sound system and a workstation equipped with multimedia tablets.
At the exit of the hall, you will find the Fast Track service, for direct access to security controls without queuing or waiting.
