On 19 December 2023, the National Observatory for the Protection of the Sea will organise in Rome, at the Cloister of Santa Maria Sopra Minerva, the States General, an opportunity to promote the Sea resource as a strategic asset of the country’s economic and social architecture.
From 3.30 p.m. to 6 p.m. the focus will be on the ‘Sea Cluster for a new Mediterranean centrality of Italy. Environment, Economy, Safety and Sustainability’.
Speakers will include Nello Musumeci, Minister for Civil Protection and Sea Policies, Alessandra Locatelli, Minister for Disabilities, Francesco Lollobrigida, Minister for Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forests, and Vannia Gava, Deputy Minister for the Environment and Energy Security.
Giovanni Verreschi, CEO of ETT, and Antonio Novellino, R&D Manager of ETT, will be present as members of the Strategy Committee and the ONTM Innovation Lab, respectively.
