Metrics – Monitoring and maintenance for housing

As a technological and administrative support for apartment buildings, administrators, experts and all those who are involved in monitoring and maintenance processes of residential building, the Metrics system works as a tutorial to guide the user in facilitating the recognition of abnormal conditions, deterioration and failures. Carried out within the Stress Consortium, its goal is to provide a series of interactive instructions on how to collect data. Available to everyone, the application also aims at turning the user of historic city centres from consumer to protagonist of the maintenance and the management processes.
