Cultural Heritage Management Platform

A digital platform enabling the management and use of Cultural Heritage

The aim of the project is to create a digital, multi-channel platform that is able to involve and integrate all the necessary information to allow innovative, integrated management and use of Cultural Heritage. The platform will make it possible to combine the potential of BIM models for

AR/VRmobile applications and interactive systems in general, to capitalize on areas within single architectural complexes (with an internal localization system for visitors, using Blue-tooth Low Energy Beacon) or an integrated network of properties (with GPS geo-referencing system).

Project financed by the Lazio Region as part of the POR FESR 2014-2020 – COMPETITIVE REPOSITIONING – STAGE II – NOTICE no. 7 – CULTURAL HERITAGE AND TOURISM (Single Project Code – CUP F88I190000800006) which sees ETT as principal for the bidding consortium, consisting of ETT S.p.A. and Consorzio STRESS s.c.a.r.l.. Demonstrator of the project is Villa D’Este. The innovativeness of the project lies in the twofold output of the work carried out on the Villa: an internal platform dedicated to the Villa’s contact persons for the management of the Villa’s tangible and intangible heritage; an immersive visit App with two routes and special contents.
