ETT S.p.A. has obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022, the Certification of Gender Equality, which verifies the company’s organisational compliance with the principles of gender equality and its commitment to supporting female empowerment in career advancement within the company.
UNI/PdR 125:2022 mandates the adoption of specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to gender equality policies. This practice aims to prevent discrimination and stereotypes, fostering an inclusive and respectful company culture that is pivotal for the company’s strategic vision and increasingly values women’s skills.
Gender equality is one of the 17 objectives outlined by the UN for sustainable development (SDG No. 5), aligning with Mission No. 5 of the Italian NRRP, to which the national certification standard is intricately linked.
