The ninth International XR-Metaverse Conference, organized by the International Association of Immersive Technology Innovation (IAITI), ended today. A two-day speech event to present and share the latest trends and advance the immersive technology arena.
ETT won the Best Industry Paper Award 2024 with the paper ‘Eroica VR: A challenging production for experiencing a cycling event from all perspectives’ presented by Adele Magnelli (International Project Manager of ETT) together with Alessandro Cavallaro (Content Curator of ETT). The publication describes the journey through the technologies used in the redesign of Casa Eroica, home of Eroica, a historic event born among the white roads of Gaiole in Chianti. The study presents the user feedback, the innovative elements of the project, and the marriage with the heritage of the eponymous brand.
