A tool for visitors to discover Bellano and the other artists’ villages (Taceno and Parlasco)
Through two itineraries, the app accompanies the discovery of Bellano and the artists’ villages. With the itinerary “Places are real” we discover Bellano through the words and excerpts from the novels of Bellano writer Andrea Vitali. With the second itinerary ‘Saperi e Sapori’ we discover the villages surrounding Bellano through their history, traditions, ancient trades and characters.
Each stage is presented by the voice of Andrea Vitali, who, reading passages from his novels, recounts and describes our places; the narration is enriched by Carlo Borlenghi’s author photographs, and some videos and 360° photos.
The app is part of the ‘Andrea Vitali and the artists’ villages’ project and becomes a tool to enhance the places in Bellano that are dear to the writer’s readers.
The user will be able to view the map of the selected route with all the points of interest, have a preview of the place and decide to start his adventure. The map accompanies the visitor in discovering Bellano thanks to a direct link with Maps; when all the contents have been displayed, the pointer on the map will change colour to signal its completion. In addition to the two routes, the Events & Exhibitions section takes the user to the Discovering Bellano website, where all the news and activities of the moment can be consulted.
