Copernicus Marine Service

Copernicus is the European Earth observation programme in its Sea, Air and Earth components, through satellites. Copernicus Marine Service is responsible for managing the value of observational data on the state of the seas. Data acquired by satellites are reprocessed by leading European research centres to be available and supported by the marine and maritime sectors. In this process, the Dissemination Unit is the hub for over 900 products on the characteristics and properties of the oceans in the present, past and future. ETT is one of the technology partners designing and managing this very important module of the Copernicus infrastructure.
