ETT participates in the RAM Film Festival (Rovereto, October 2-6), organized by the Civic Museum Foundation, an international event dedicated to documentary cinema focusing on archaeology and cultural heritage with a particular emphasis – for the 2024 edition – on past and present migrations.
ETT will present the virtual reality project “Ancient paths. A stilts life story”, dedicated to the UNESCO pile-dwelling sites of northern Italy. The installation will be hosted within RAM X, the festival’s experimental space at the Museum of Science and Archaeology, open from 3 PM to 6 PM.
The VR work, created by ETT, offers an immersive storytelling experience that allows visitors to personally experience the life of ancient prehistoric communities in Fiavé, through a cutting-edge multimedia journey. On Sunday, October 6, at 11 AM, the “Virtual Frontiers” meeting will take place, dedicated to the role of virtual reality in cultural enhancement and documentary cinema. During the event, director Federico Basso and Roberto Lo Crasto from ETT will discuss the impact of VR on new narrative languages.
The installation will be available to the public with VR headsets and free access throughout the festival.
