The new interactive Multimedia Guide is a mobile, multi-platform and multilingual app and guides the visitor to discover the treasures of the Museum and the curiosities related to the history of San Gennaro and uses the unmistakable narrative voice of Philippe Daverio, an Italian intellectual known to international level, as well as television face.

The application has an interactive approach, able to provide additional information, conveyed through an engaging storytelling. Inside the museum, different points of interest (POIs) are located, geolocated and tracked through the use of Beacon (Bluetooth low energy transmitters) used as a user orientation system.
