VR/AR Association: the italian chapter’s 2020 programme gets going

The first annual meeting of the members of Italy’s only chapter, in Milan, of the VRARA – VR / AR Association was held on Thursday 16 January.

This international association has a hundred chapters worldwide, bringing together the more than 4,200 principal companies and over 27,000 ICT professionals who work with AR and VR. It provides exclusive networking opportunities, access to third-party documents, research and surveys, as well as training material produced by a series of thematic committees, and the participation at important international events.

ETT officially joined VRARA last year, and Davide Pantile, design manager, and Matteo Ventrella, technical director, represented the company at the meeting.

The meeting was called to evaluate yearly results and agree on new objectives for 2020. These include accelerating association growth, encouraging research, helping the development of industry standards, connecting associated organisations and promoting member services.
