Marche Region: Data from the 2018 Labor Market

Positive trend for the labor market in the Marche region. Administrative data are processed, with the support of ETT, by the Labor Market Observatory.

The photograph of the data shows, in addition to the positive dynamics of hiring with intermittent employment contracts, also an increase in permanent contracts and apprenticeships. Start-ups are on the rise for both gender components and also for young people between the ages of 15 and 29. The balance given by the difference between hiring and termination, which indicates the creation or loss of employment, is also positive. However, it recorded a decrease compared to 2017, showing that the employment recovery was continuous in 2018 but has gradually weakened (fortunately, however, the quality of entry to work has improved).
