The Open Sea Lab 4.0 (OSL 4.0) Hackathon<\/strong> is just around the corner for ETT<\/strong>. From March 25 to 27<\/strong>, the event will bring together marine data experts, developers, and social innovators<\/strong> to create digital solutions for the Blue Economy<\/strong>, coastal ecosystem management<\/strong>, and climate change adaptation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ETT will take part in “Challenge 4 \u2013 EMODnet for the Coast,”<\/strong> which focuses on assessing the condition of coastal areas and the health of marine ecosystems<\/strong> using in situ data<\/strong>.
Leading the competing teams as coaches will be Marco Alba, R&D Tech Manager, and Pietro Viglino, Backend Developer<\/strong>, who will share their expertise in data management<\/a><\/strong>.
Key topics such as sea level rise, storm surges, blue carbon conservation, eutrophication, and pollution<\/strong> will be central to the development of innovative solutions in this challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the hackathon, participants will have the opportunity to combine EMODnet<\/a> data with Copernicus Marine Service data and other open sources<\/strong>, enhancing the impact of their solutions.
As a coordinator of the EMODnet Physics<\/a> theme and an active player in multiple EMODnet projects<\/strong>, ETT will contribute its expertise to support the integration and application of these data in sustainable coastal management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
