From January 20 to 24, 2025, Lisbon <\/strong>will host the first \u201cLandSeaLot<\/a> Integration Week,\u201d an event bringing together the LandSeaLot Consortium, representatives from co-designer and citizen science forums, and key stakeholders from research infrastructures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the participants is ETT<\/strong>, which plays a pivotal role within the Consortium by managing the procurement process for low-cost water observation technologies used for data analysis. Additionally, ETT oversees the integration of in-situ data collected through LandSeaLot into the EMODnet Ingestion <\/a>platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The primary goal of the project is to foster a unified strategy for observing the land-sea interface<\/strong>, enhancing and integrating existing efforts across Europe and beyond to address local and societal challenges while promoting healthy environments for a thriving Blue Economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the general assembly and integration workshop, the event\u2019s agenda will include field visits to the Sado and Tagus estuaries, as well as dedicated sessions to define a shared observation strategy. Activities will take place across the Ocean\u00e1rio de Lisboa and the Museu das Comunica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
