The new multidevice and multi-channel web platform for managing the Wine Club was created by ETT, an initiative by Antinori for the creation of an innovative channel of exclusive communication for a selected set of Customers: the network of Marchesi Antinori brand ambassadors. A complete information system that, with its web 2.0 profiling and management features, is a powerful tool for collecting data on users, made available to Marketing to create customized campaigns and thus improve the customer loyalty process. Being a responsive web platform, Wine Club is able to operate effectively in the mobile environment (tablets and smartphones), offering the different types of actors the opportunity to collaborate, thus improving the quality of the services provided, with positive effects in terms of of image, communication, evolution.
